Terms and Conditions

  1. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the fully advertised programme takes place, the promoters reserve the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists and to vary from the advertised programme and running times, without prior notice.
  2. All attendees must arrive with ticket purchaser and the confirmation email to exchange for a wristband and this must be worn at all times.
  3. Entry to the festival will only be upon presentation of a valid ticket, wristband or pass issued by the festival and if asked, proof of identity.
  4. Tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded or returned after purchase.  Lost tickets or wristbands are difficult to replace and done so on the discretion of the festival.
  5. Under 18’s must bring proof of age.
  6. Children 14 years old and younger will not be allowed into the event without an adult.  Parents or guardians must assume responsibility for these attendees at all times.
  7. Children 5 years old and under will not be required to buy a ticket but must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
  8. Availability of tickets is not guaranteed.  A limited number of each ticket type has been issued.  Licensed capacity is infinite.
  9. Due to the small scale of the site, please be considerate with the size of your tent or camper van/motor home – please do not exceed a length of 5 metres.
  10. No caravans are allowed.
  11. Ticket Holders enter the festival at their own risk
  12. The festival organisers reserve the right to alter or in the event of adverse weather conditions to curtail or cancel the performance. There will be no refunds in the event of cancellation.
  13. If the festival is cancelled due to issues arising from the organisation of the festival, you will be entitled to a refund.
  14. Should children and their parents become separated, this should be announced to a steward, security officer or the main office immediately in order for a search to commence.
  15. Climbing any festival structure is strictly prohibited
  16. The festival is not liable for damage to personal self resulting from negligence by attendees.
  17. The event management does not accept responsibility for loss or damage of personal belongings.
  18. Information collected by the organisers; photos, recordings or otherwise, may be used to promote further events at Henry’s Campsite. We understand that by attending/performing you accept that you may appear in some of this documentation. We do not pass private information on to third parties. 
  19. Personal recording of any kind will not be permitted on the event site, except that done by the festival crew.
  20. All sound and images are the property of the festival.
  21. Strictly no alcohol to be bought in or taken out of the festival site. Only alcohol purchases made at our bars can be consumed on site. Some workshop areas will have alcohol restrictions.
  22. It is illegal to sell alcohol or to purchase alcohol for those under 18. The right to ask for identification by bar staff for those that appear under 21 is reserved to the festival staff.
  23. Glass, fireworks, BBQ’s and fires are strictly prohibited.
  24. No Illegal substances.
  25. No animals except that who live on site and the exception of guide-dogs are permitted.
  26. No private music systems, e.g. radios, etc to be used. No laser pens.
  27. Strictly no trading is permitted within the event premises, without prior consent.
  28. The event management team reserves the right to refuse admission to any person deemed to be a risk to their own or others safety. If someone is deemed to inhibit the enjoyment of others or our ability to run the event, they may be refused entry, or expelled from the site. Likewise persons, whom, in the opinion of the event management team, appear to be over intoxicated on alcohol or are believed to have/be consuming illegal substances and/or are acting aggressively or abusively, will not be admitted or will be ejected from the site. Attendees must comply with these terms & conditions or with the instructions of this festival and its staff at all times.
  29. EXCESSIVE EXPOSURE TO LOUD MUSIC MAY CAUSE HEARING DAMAGE
