Tankus The Henge

Esteeeeemed notoriety spanning the length and breath of East London to The Lizard Cornwall.

The rumour became folklore, before spiraling into mythology, then back to folklore, that this group of young me indeed have a band name of some significance!! The Cornish law enforcement agencies call them suspicious, the wives if the Cornish law enforcement agencies call them all the time!!

The world of Tankus the Henge is uplifting and wild, dark and heartfelt.

A six piece powerhouse of a band drawing visual and musical influences from old time Fairgrounds to modern day Circus; The Beatles to Tom Waits and Gogol Bordello to Radiohead, they embody a look and a sound that lies somewhere between their South East London home and the carnival town of New Orleans.

With their charismatic frontman, Jaz Delorian, looking like a lost character from a Terry Gilliam film and the pump and grind of the Tankus the Henge sound generating a groove that makes it impossible to stand still, their live show ebbs and flows like a small boat on a turbulent sea.

With wailing horns and a steaming piano in tow, Tankus the Henge have toured the far reaches of America, Europe, Albania and the Isle of Wight, bringing with them their electrical energy and fascinating tales of wonder and woe.

The Pirates (Pirate Party Brigade)

Bring your bouncing head and fill yourself with rum!!

Punchy and abrupt songs, this band have been creating a buzz.

A fast paced professional band with tunes that will get you singing along and shouting for more at the end of a gig. Strong vocal mixed with enchanting lyrics, harmonies lead riffs, driving guitar, strong vocal mixed with enchanting lyrics, harmonic lead riffs, driving rhythm guitar, strong base lines and pumping drums combine to create a feeling of rhapsody.

They really do produce original music, which successfully combines influences, with lyrics that make you think. Music that carries the undertone of the thought behind the verse.

Undeniably cheeky, perhaps a little vulgar, but with a superb party spirit they're certainly not ones to miss!!!

The Pirate Party Brigade are a 6 piece band from the Island of Jersey (UK) laying a unique brand of Ska, Rock and Gypsy Folk all rolled into one.

Formed in 2011, when members Monty and Tommy met at a beach party, their repertoire grew into stories of past muggings, relations with women, money, almost anything to do with alcohol, and a nonchalant attitude towards offending anyone.

We feel they will fit well into Little Big Gig!!!
